2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Every Signal Fire fusion splicer comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should a defect occur due to material or workmanship flaws, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

What is covered

The warranty covers the main unit, internal electronics, motors, heater, battery, and display. Consumables such as electrodes, fiber holders, and cleaning agents are excluded.

What is not covered

Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, liquid ingress, physical force, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Lost or stolen devices are also excluded. Batteries that degrade through normal use are only covered for the first year.

How to claim warranty

Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the defect. We may request photos or a short video. Approved claims will be processed within 3 business days. Repairs will be carried out at our German service center.

Even after the warranty expires, every Signal Fire customer receives lifelong technical support. We help with troubleshooting, recommend solutions, and keep your firmware up to date – permanently free of charge.
